ClinicalInks is a digital marketplace offering academic and clinical research papers as downloadable digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy differs from that of physical product retailers.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital research papers on ClinicalInks are considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products after access has been granted, as the content cannot be “returned” once it has been viewed or downloaded.

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

  • Read the full title, description, and abstract carefully before purchasing
  • Review the listed file format (PDF, DOC, DOCX) to confirm compatibility

2. Eligible Refund Situations

While all sales are generally final, ClinicalInks will consider refund requests in the following limited situations:

a) Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same research paper more than once, you are entitled to a full refund for the duplicate transaction. Please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase with your order details.

b) File Not Delivered / Download Failure

If your purchase was confirmed and payment was processed but you did not receive access to the file and the issue was not resolved after contacting our support team, you are eligible for a full refund.

c) Corrupted or Inaccessible File

If the downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, password-locked without authorization, or does not open in a standard PDF or document reader, you are eligible for a replacement file or a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 3 business days.

d) Significantly Misrepresented Product

If the content of the purchased research paper is materially and significantly different from its listed title, abstract, or description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after review.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests will not be approved in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You found the same paper available elsewhere at a different price
  • The paper did not meet your personal academic expectations or opinion
  • You purchased the wrong paper due to not reading the description
  • Your refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • The file has already been fully downloaded and opened successfully

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • ClinicalInks is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor
  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction

6. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipment

ClinicalInks sells exclusively digital products. No physical goods are shipped. All purchased research papers are delivered electronically and are available for instant download from your account dashboard immediately after payment confirmation.

There are no shipping fees, delivery timelines, or return shipping requirements associated with any purchase on this platform.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that you contact us at support@clinicalinks.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of future access to the platform.
