4. Counter-Notification Process
If you are a researcher or contributor whose content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the platform
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice

- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- Inform the complainant that the removed content may be restored within 10–14 business days
- Restore the content after the waiting period unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking an order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity
5. Repeat Infringement Policy
ClinicalInks has a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. In accordance with the DMCA and our platform Terms and Conditions, accounts found to have repeatedly violated copyright laws or submitted infringing content will be subject to:
- Immediate removal of all infringing content
- Temporary account suspension pending review
- Permanent account termination for confirmed repeat infringers
- Possible referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable
ClinicalInks reserves the right to determine repeat infringement status at its sole discretion based on the number, severity, and pattern of valid complaints received.
